Mich’s Monday Mantra today is “LOVE”
It is so important to LOVE oneself! Look deep with and LOVE yourself, unconditionally.You can then EXPAND that LOVE outward love your partners, family, fiends and expand all the way out to global LOVE and Universal LOVE.
Then take the univeral LOVE and bring it back to you!
This is what will transform our world from one of chaos, fear, and hate to a world of LOVE and PEACE….it all starts with US!
