Laughter truly is the best medicine. Just think about it for a second, or better yet, just laugh yes right now! So how did that feel? Yup I bet it made you feel a whole lot better!
When we laugh our body releases endrophins and “happy” chemicals that make us feel better. By laughing more it can make yourself feel better and not feel stresses out or in a state of despair.
